Our services are designed to enhance the marketing capabilities of professionals, mission driven organizations, and small business concerns. Our geographic market is the Chicago metropolitan area and the Midwestern Region, with some specialization in project oversight, program development and design on a national basis.

 

A free preliminary, one hour, pre-engagement consultation is required for all technical assistance requests before issuing a performance contract. This can be done face to face or virtually through Cisco Webex or Zoom.  All services are billed by their specified hourly rate. A schedule is provided after consultation. Rates may be subject to change, upon reassessment.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

 

For organizational development, the firm’s consultation services include: board development, grant writing, program planning and evaluation, public relations, marketing communications, pricing and promotional strategies; staff/team development, strategic planning, resource identification, community partnerships, and collaborations.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

 

For individualized professional development, the firm’s consultation services include strategic advice defining, developing, reviewing, and strengthening your personal brand identity, positioning, and market presence.  Our personal branding package is customizable featuring content creation for career portfolios, online profiles, story boards, bios, resume and brand statement development.

 

PROJECT
MANAGEMENT

 

For project management the firm’s services include: project plan (objective(s), budget, key deliverable identification, activities sequencing, and scheduling) development, risk assessment and mitigation strategies, performance monitoring, status updates, and compliance reviews.
